Item | What to record | Why it changes the line
Dose form and count | Tablet, capsule, powder or liquid, and the count per pack | Sets the contact pack
Contact pack | Blister, bottle, sachet or stick | These are not interchangeable labels
Carton and leaflet | Required or not, and what "present" means | A missing leaflet needs a reject path
Overwrap | Whether film goes around the carton | Film is not the dose pack
Identity | What must remain readable, and where | A code that cannot be checked is not a check
Reject path | Where a failed unit goes, and whether it is recorded | A failed unit that rejoins the good lane is not rejected
Interfaces | What arrives, what leaves, what is recorded | The next step cannot guess
Evidence still missing | Any speed or material figure not yet tied to a dated source | Leave it blank rather than invent it
